Tell us about yourself
I grew up in New Jersey in a first-generation American family and later attended Rutgers University, where I earned a degree in genetics. I then pursued a master's in biomedical sciences with a focus on oral biology. My academic journey culminated at the New York University College of Dentistry, followed by a residency in general dentistry at North Shore University Hospital. I love spending free time with my friends and family and exploring new restaurants.
What do you enjoy most about being a dentist?
I take great pride in providing comprehensive care to my patients, helping them not only improve their health but also their smiles. The relationships I build with my patients are among the most fulfilling aspects of my profession. I enjoy the blend of technical precision and creativity that dentistry demands, finding constant challenge and satisfaction in the work I do.
What do you like to do
outside of work?
When I'm not working, I love immersing myself in various activities. Traveling is one of my greatest passions, as it allows me to explore new cultures, meet interesting people, and create unforgettable memories. I also enjoy playing tennis, and playing the guitar, which is a wonderful creative outlet for me. Exploring New York City is always an adventure, and is something I do frequently. Spending time with my nephews is incredibly rewarding, and lastly, I love watching re-runs of The Office, as the humor of the show never fails to make me laugh and unwind.
What motivated you to become a dentist?
I believe that oral medicine is a heavily neglected part of modern Healthcare. I always wanted to be able to help patients to not only fix their smiles, but to maintain their oral health and well-being. I feel that dentistry allows me the opportunity to provide long term and comprehensive care to my patients and to give back to my community.

I am fluent in 4 different languages:
English, Russian, Hebrew and Spanish
